1. Currently no UK VAT is charged.
  2. A non-refundable deposit to be paid of £50 per car at the time of booking/reservation.
  3. The booking/reservation is not secured until receipt of the agreed payment has been acknowledged by Angelic Wedding Cars Ltd (hereinafter referred to as AWC).
  4. Where payments are made by cheque, we at AWC reserve the right to charge an administration fee of £15.00 for any cheque returned to us, by our bank, for whatever reason.
  5. Payment from the customer is required in full 30 days prior to the provision of services, or if the original booking is within 30 days of the wedding date, a full payment is required
  6. We at AWC will only accept a cancellation in writing and sent to AWC by recorded delivery, and we are not responsible for mail lost, misplaced or delayed by the postal service.
  7. In the event of a "No-show" by the customer, or if a booking is cancelled by the client within 30 days of the start of the period of hire, any deposits and 25% of the remaining monies paid will be totally non-refundable.
  8. If a booking is cancelled by the customer prior to 30 days of the start of the period of hire, any deposits paid will be lost, other monies paid will be refunded in full.
  9. The price quoted by AWC is until the reception time quoted on the booking/reservation form, time thereafter will be charged at £30.00 per car per hour and part hour.
  10. The Beauford car is limited to carrying no more than 3 persons plus chauffeur at any one time, and the Mercedes car is limited to carrying no more than 7 persons plus chauffeur at any one time.
  11. Every effort will be made by AWC to ensure that vehicle(s) arrive on time and also reach destinations on time. We at AWC shall not be held responsible or liable for any delays (and/or arising consequential losses) that occur(s) beyond its control.
  12. No responsibility will be accepted by AWC for any restrictions relating to vehicle access to any location pre-booked by the customer, ie: speed bumps, barriers etc. (you may be asked to exit the vehicle temporarily whilst we clear such obstacles).
  13. Although AWC vehicles are fully insured for passenger and third party claims under British Law, customer's properties/belongings are carried entirely at their own risk and AWC shall not be held responsible/liable for any loss/damage to such property.
  14. We at AWC and our chauffeurs, have the right to refuse to carry any passenger(s) who is/are thought to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs and/or whose behaviour poses a threat either to the chauffeur(s), the vehicle or any other passenger(s).
  15. We at AWC maintain a strict NON-SMOKING policy in all its vehicles at all times, we also do not allow food or drink to be consumed in any of our vehicles, unless it has been provided as part of our complimentary services.
  16. In the event of a vehicle breakdown, we at AWC will endeavour to offer a replacement vehicle of similar style and quality to the original booking, however, if this is not possible we may substitute the vehicle with another from our fleet. If this occurs a partial refund, excluding the deposit, will be returned within 30 days of your wedding date passing.
  17. The hood of the Beauford is only permitted to be taken down for the purpose of photographs and only if booked as a 2 car package - this is weather permitting and at the chauffeurs discretion.
  18. We at AWC reserve the right to revise our price if locations change from the time of the original booking.
  19. We at AWC reserve the right to alter our charges, however prices are fixed at the time of booking.
